We are dedicated to providing quality social housing for individuals and families in need of a secure and affordable home. Beyond our core housing services, we actively engage in a range of wider community initiatives.
We currently manage approximately 1,875 homes across Manchester and the surrounding areas. This includes around 238 retirement housing properties, located within six purpose-built complexes across the city. Additionally, we deliver a factoring service to over 2,000 privately owned properties that were purchased from Abertay or its predecessor organisations.
